Create an encaustic heart panel using beeswax medium, pigment sticks and metallic pigments .

Participants will explore a variety of encaustic techniques to create a unique personalized encaustic painting. Once the encaustic medium is applied to the board, colour will be deepened by adding additional layers of encaustic paint to create depth and interest. Panel will be incised and enhanced and finished with pigment sticks and lush metallic powders. Sound overwhelming? Don’t fret. We will walk you through it step by step. A selection of board sizes will be available for you to choose from
